James is a co-founder of Murphy Mulhall and has been Managing Director since 2009. James is a specialist in the Dublin office market. Over the last seventeen years, he has been involved in some of the most notable transactions both on behalf of landlords and occupiers. He has extensive experience advising on office schemes and is renowned for his input at design and marketing stage. Clients speak highly of his pro-activity and attention to detail particularly when transactions enter their legal phase.
James is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), British Council for Offices (BCO) and the Institute of Directors (IOD).
Robert is a co-founder of Murphy Mulhall and has been a Director since 2009. Robert is a specialist in the Irish Investment market. Over the last twenty years, he has been involved in a variety of notable transactions both in Ireland and the US where he spent over 7 years. He has extensive experience advising on large individual and portfolio sales for private investors, institutions and property funds.
Robert is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Siobhán joined Murphy Mulhall in March 2014 bringing with her over 18 years’ commercial property experience of the Irish and UK markets. She is highly regarded in the field of valuations across all asset classes and has also extensive Asset Management experience including 2 years with Lloyds Bank, London on the deleverage of its Irish loan book.
Siobhán is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer.
Eloise is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with 25 years experience in both Ireland and the UK. She is a Registered Valuer, holds a degree in Surveying and also a Masters in Sustainable Development.
As well as handling large scale loan book instructions for clients such as Cerberus, Eloise has worked extensively in valuations, rent reviews, arbitrations, lease renewals, lease surrenders and expert witness work.
Eloise has acted for a range of clients including NAMA, Bank of Ireland, Ulster Bank, AIB, the IDA and retailers including Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Holland and Barrett, French Connection and Dominos.
Eloise is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (FSCSI) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and is regularly involved in assessing candidates for the APC process.
Peter serves on our Board as a Director. He practiced for many years as a solicitor in the area of commercial property, having been a Partner at a prominent Dublin law firm. Peter brings a wealth of experience, contacts and opportunities to the team at Murphy Mulhall. Peter has an active interest in Rugby and plays tennis with enthusiasm.
Brian recently joined the investment team at Murphy Mulhall as Associate Director. Brian is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He has 10 years experience in all aspects of the commercial property market in Ireland having been involved in sales, acquisitions, lettings and valuations on behalf of banks, international property funds, asset managers and an array of high net worth private clients.
Mary Rose is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience in both UK and Irish commercial property markets, specialising in the investment agency and development sectors.
She has worked as development manager and commercial agency on significant European Funded regeneration projects in the UK. Some blue chip clients have included Primerica, Homes & Communities Agency, John Lewis and Bauer Group. She has also experience in the health care sector and investment markets.
Mary Rose holds BSC Hons in Estate Management and a masters in Management and Business. She is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Ewa joined the Valuations Department of Murphy Mulhall in September 2014. She has over 6 years’ experience in the property and consulting industry with a focus on Valuations. She previously worked with a wide variety of private companies, high net worth clients and institutional clients across Europe.
Rebecca has recently joined Murphy Mulhall as a Graduate Surveyor. Rebecca works closely with the Directors of Murphy Mulhall and is developing her experience across all departments within the company. Her focus is predominantly in Office Agency.
Jo rejoined Murphy Mulhall as Associate Director in January 2015 having previously worked with the company as a consultant from January 2013 to May 2014. At that time Jo was responsible for the debt management of a local Shopping Centre for a key client. Having rejoined Murphy Mulhall, Jo continues to be involved in debt management and is also responsible for the smooth running of the back office.
She has been involved in property for over 15 years and also has experience in the financial services industry, working for Capita Asset Services on the ACC Loan Book.
Her specialty skills are debt management, case management, project management and marketing.
Jo is a member of the Institute of Banking (IOB) and holds an APA in Loans and Regulations.
James has been a qualified accountant (FCCA) in practice since 1981 with the exception of a four year period during which time he fulfilled the role of General Manager of a major logistics company. He is currently Managing Director Wygram Nursing Home Limited. He also provided financial consultancy to a number of SMEs. James brings over thirty years experience to Murphy Mulhall & Partners. James’ principal area of expertise is in the management of change, particularly in the development and implementation of recommendations leading to a sharper business focus, with enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. James also has a background in the non-profit making sector having been active in this area over the last twenty years.
Niamh is the financial controller at Murphy Mulhall.
Sinead joined Murphy Mulhall in January 2017 to provide executive assistant support to the Office Agency and Investment Departments. Most recently, she has held the position of Branch Administrator with Sherry Fitzgerald Stephenson Crean where she was responsible for office administration. Previously, Sinead worked for many years as an office manager for a civil engineering firm. Sinead has been involved in property for over 12 years. She holds a Diploma in Office Information Systems and shortly Sinead will conclude her studies in Human Resource Management.
